With almost 30 years of experience producing special events, SBG Productions is excited to continue growing a new era of TGSW with new events and fresh energy, while honoring the historic legacy. After an exciting year at the helm, we are excited for another round and opportunity to build on a 21 year-old celebration of equality, inclusivity and awareness for the LGBTQ+ community. We welcome and encourage everyone to be involved and can’t wait to showcase the local flavors that make our ski town so unique.

Our partners are an instrumental component of our event experience and we carefully select each partner for good reasons – we believe in their products and their alignment with our fans. They believe in us.

The core focus of our partnership philosophy is creating custom experiences that make a lasting impact for each brand. Our program is never just a banner on a fence or a logo on a website. Rather, we curate interactive activations for our attendees to connect, appreciate and share with others. In a world of big and busy events, we welcome our attendees to slow down, enjoy life and feel more connected to the moment. “Since 2002, Telluride Gay Ski Week has become the Southwest’s most welcoming, scenic, and intimate winter retreat.”

Telluride Gay Ski Week is a celebration of equality, inclusivity and awareness features tons of activities to showcase the beauty of our LGBTQ+ community. The Telluride community is proud to fight for human rights to live openly and authentically. Our town embraces and welcomes visitors from all walks of life with our signature flare and mountain charm.

The 2024 event will feature a week of exciting programing including daily guided skiing on world-class terrain, après-ski social gatherings, the locally celebrated White Party, a Pool Party at the luxurious Madeline Resort, a rustic on-mountain “Gay Chalet” social cabin, the outstanding Telluride AIDS Benefit Fashion Show, an “Alpine Rendezvous” Dance Party at the renowned French restaurant Bon Vivant, the "Gay Sleigh” a horse-drawn sleigh ride with a ranch-to-table Spanish Basque-style dinner, a burlesque & drag show at the historic Sheridan Opera House, a friendly costume ski race, a drag show brunch and more February 24 - March 2.

Not just for skiers, TGSW invites all to celebrate the magic of wintertime in the San Juan Mountains. With gorgeous accommodations located just steps away from outdoor activities like ice skating, snowshoeing, fat tire biking, horseback and sleigh rides, fishing, snowmobiling, spa experiences and more, Telluride Gay Ski Week has something for everyone.

Audience

In 2024 Telluride Gay Ski Week expects an approximate 2,200 attendance between its 25+ hosted events. From parties that go to last call, to lively on mountain DJ’s, to intimate après social events and so much more, brands will have plenty of opportunities to have special and impactful moments with TGSW attendees.

Additionally, February and March is a lively time for general skier visits and tourism in Telluride. Brands activating the Mountain Village Core and at après-ski locations can expect additional exposure to up to 50,000 active and affluent travelers over eight days.

Demographics

This year, TGSW hosted a diverse group of attendees from across the United States, Canada and Mexico. At the regional level, the largest market segments come from the Southwest and Front Range of Colorado. A large drive market segment also comes from surrounding states Arizona and New Mexico and with direct flights from Dallas, Houston and Austin, Texas is largely represented at the event.

Historical sales data shows that over 70% of ticket-buyers are over the age of 35 and split evenly between gender. In addition, a majority of attendees are homeowners, have graduated college and earn more than $100k per year.
