To create an inclusive and inviting atmosphere in Telluride during Gay Ski Week, we have brought back the wildly popular Pride Window Decorating Contest. We invited local businesses to get involved, show their LBGTQ+ pride, and participate in this vibrant and creative window decorating contest Saturday, February 24 - Saturday, March 2, 2024. You will have the ability to vote for the window you think best showcases the spirit of pride. The business that receives the most votes will be awarded 2 Passes for the 2024 Durango Blues Train on Thursday, August 22 (value of $350). The winner will be announced on Saturday, March 2 at 11 AM on our Instagram and Facebook.

Telluride Gay Ski Week will kick off this year with an Opening Reception featuring the “Love is Love” Gallery, live music from DJ Leaux, and food from Chef Will Nolan at Telluride Arts HQ from 4-7 pm on Saturday, February 24. After a call-for-artists and many entries later, Telluride Gay Ski Week and Telluride Arts have teamed up to curate an exhibition to showcase the beauty of our LGBTQ+ community. Aptly named “Love is Love”, the gallery will be open the entire month of February and will be on full display during the Opening Reception.

As wintertime in the mountains draws closer with each passing day, Telluride Gay Ski Week (TGSW) announces the 2024 ticket options. Two packages will be available for attendees to enjoy the events that fit their ideal schedule, ranging from the week-long Powder Hound Pass to the partial-week Party Pass, along with a-la-carte tickets to individual events. Both packages include TGSW highlights like the White Party, Burlesque & Drag show and Glitter Ball closing party.

Step into the celebrated and storied past with the Telluride Historical Museum at this year’s Telluride Gay Ski Week! The Historical Museum will host the Walking Tour on Thursday afternoon, March 2, allowing attendees to explore the unique history of the charming town. The Tour and the museum are great ways to discover the rich mining, Ute Native American, ski and festival history that has earned the town the designation of a National Historical Landmark. Presenter and long-time local resident Ashley will guide visitors through Telluride’s storied past and celebrated landmarks.
